Three of Georgia's four largest auto insurance carriers will implement multiple rate hikes in less than one year's time.
Consumer investigator Jim Strickland obtained documents showing Progressive rates rose in November 2013, and again in May this year.
GEICO plans a second rate hike in October, after implementing one in April.
